Wash and dry your hands. Open one sachet and gently peel the strips from their backing.
02 / POSITION
Smooth into place.
Longer strip on top, shorter strip below. Press the gel side against your teeth and keep it off your gums.
03 / WEAR
A little time for your smile.
Set a 30-minute timer. Do not eat, drink or sleep while the strips are on.
04 / FINISH
Peel away. Rinse. All done.
Remove and discard both strips. Rinse away any remaining gel with water. Each strip is single use.

Open & peel
Wash and dry your hands. Open a sachet and carefully lift both strips away from their backing film.
One strip for the upper teeth.
One strip for the lower teeth. - 02 POSITIONGel side against your teeth
Apply & smooth
Place the longer strip on your upper teeth and the shorter strip on your lower teeth. Keep the gel side against the tooth surface.
Avoid your gums. Press gently and fold any excess behind your teeth. - 03 LET IT WORKSet a 30-minute timer
Wear for 30 minutes
Keep both strips in place while the timer runs. Do not eat, drink or sleep while wearing them.
Longer is not better. Do not exceed the wear time printed on your pack. - 04 FINISHRemove, discard & rinse
Remove & rinse
Gently peel off both strips and discard them. Rinse your mouth with water to clear away remaining gel.
Each strip is single use. Follow the treatment frequency on your packaging.

How do I apply the strips, and how long do I leave them on?
Peel both strips from the backing. Apply the longer strip to your upper teeth and the shorter one to your lower teeth, with the gel side against the teeth and away from the gums. Press gently, fold any excess behind your teeth, and wear for 30 minutes. Remove, discard and rinse. Follow your supplied pack if its directions differ.
How often should I use them?
Use one 30-minute session once a day. Follow the directions on your supplied pack and do not exceed its recommended wear time or frequency.
When can I expect to notice a difference?
You may notice a brighter-looking smile from the first use. The visible improvement varies from person to person.
What if I have sensitive teeth or gums?
Whitening can cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. Remove the strips and stop use if you experience discomfort. Ask a dentist before using them if you already have sensitivity or gum problems, and seek advice if symptoms persist.
Can I use them with crowns, veneers or braces?
Whitening affects natural teeth; it does not whiten crowns, veneers or tooth-colored fillings. If you have braces or dental restorations, ask your dentist whether these strips are suitable before using them.
Can I eat or drink while wearing them?
No. Do not eat or drink while the strips are in place, and do not sleep wearing them. Remove them at the end of the session and rinse away remaining gel. Follow the pack’s aftercare directions.
